Biography
Mr. Sirota is an accomplished litigator and transactional attorney. Before re-entering private practice, Mr. Sirota was general counsel for a national insurance company. Mr. Sirota obtained his B.A. from University of Santa Barbara (1978) and his juris doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law (1981). Mr. Sirota is admitted to practice law in California and the United States District Court, Northern District.
Mr. Sirota practices in the area of civil litigation, insurance law, corporate law and business formations, estate planning and litigation, family law, employment law, real estate law, and civil torts, including defamation and unfair business practices.
Mr. Sirota has practiced in the Bay Area throughout his legal career and represented clients throughout the State of California. He is a voracious reader, a supporter of local businesses, and an avid fan of the arts, music, and creative works. He currently resides in San Francisco with his rescue dogs, Dolce and Laureant, and adopted cat, Hobbes.
